Dubai’s luxury real estate market continues its strong upward momentum with the launch of Mercedes-Benz Places – Binghatti properties, a high-profile branded residential development by Binghatti Developers. The project introduces entry-level prices starting from Dh1.6 million for studio apartments, positioning it as one of the most ambitious branded real estate launches in the emirate.

Over 13,000 units will be housed in 12 residential buildings within the nearly 10-million-square-foot master-planned development, which is estimated to be worth Dh30 billion. Mercedes‑Benz Places Binghatti City Dubai, designed to appeal to both investors and end users seeking luxurious urban living, the property mix comprises studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments.

According to Binghatti Developers, one-bedroom apartments start at about Dh2.6 million, two- and three-bedroom units start at Dh3 million, and bigger premium homes can cost up to Dh5 million. The price strategy accounts for the growing demand for branded homes that offer long-term investment value, exclusivity, and innovative design.

Muhammad Binghatti, Chairman of Binghatti Developers, emphasized during the project announcement that the development is meant to operate as a “city within a city.” In keeping with Dubai’s vision for future-ready urban communities, the project combines residential living with retail, wellness, leisure, and lifestyle amenities.

The Mercedes Benz Dubai project builds on Binghatti’s earlier luxury collaborations and underlines the increasing popularity of branded residences in the Dubai luxury property launch market. Such developments are attracting global buyers looking for premium homes backed by internationally recognised brands.

In 2025, the Dubai property market is expected to perform well with investor-friendly policies, long-term residence programmes, and growing interest from the international community. The brands, especially the Dubai branded residences, have become an important growth area, with greater perceived value and future appreciation opportunities.

Binghatti Developers also assured that they would expand outside Dubai, with plans to enter the Abu Dhabi property market later this year, indicating confidence in the UAE property market.

As demand for luxury, design-led, and brand-associated homes continues to rise, Mercedes-Benz Places – Binghatti City stands out as a major addition to Dubai’s evolving skyline and a strong indicator of sustained growth in the emirate’s premium real estate segment.
